Weekly Class:

 

Flow & Restore

 

This class begins with flowing sequences and later transits into the nourishing restorative poses. With emphasis on mindfulness, alignment and breath.

 

He designs each class with a different theme focus and works on different areas of the body. It is a mixed abilities class, students are encouraged to find balance in their practice, connect within and have fun.

WALK IN WELCOME!

I believe yoga is for everyone. My aims as a yoga teacher are to get every body moving, enhance students' practice and experience, to help beginners to learn postures and essential alignments, to guide experienced students to have a deeper practice and to practice safely.

Restorative Yoga

 

This class is about slowing down and non-doing. It allows the body to open and to free the breath through gentle and passive stretching in supine and seated poses.

 

Various props are used to support the body throughout the class, supporting the poses for extended periods.

 

It is open to all levels from beginners to experienced students. It is gentle and restful and helps to release and restore. In this way it complements more active yoga practices and our daily city life.

Community Yoga

 

Yoga for the community!

 

This is an open-level Hatha yoga class, everyone's welcome.

 

Walk-in welcome or book via email.

 

Please bring your own mat, I have a few mats (first come first serve or book to reserve).

 

Each class £10, 50% concession discount for senior citizens, job seekers, full time student and persons receiving state benefits.

6-Week Yoga Development Course:

 

In this course, students will gain a deeper understanding on yoga and

the postures. Each week has a different theme focus and works on

different areas of the body.

 

The course will be adjusted according to the students’ progress and options will be given during the classes for students to choose, depending on their ability. Students will be in an environment

focussed on their individual personal practice and are encouraged to find balance, expand their breaths, reflect, connect within and practice with joy.

 

This course is suitable for everyone, from students who are progressing from the Beginners Course to those who are building their practice or would like to strengthen and update their knowledge of yoga.

 

Class size is limited to 6 people, so that personal attention can be

provided.

I also run classes for individuals, small groups and corporate clients. If you would like to practice yoga at your home, work place or local community venue with your family, friends or colleagues, please contact me for further information. We can discuss a plan for you.

6-Week Beginners Course:

 

This 6-week course is perfect for beginners who would like to start their practice and to understand more about yoga and for anyone who would like to revisit the foundation of yoga.

 

Each week will based on a different theme, you will learn the basics of yoga, including postures, breathing, alignment, using props, some understanding of yoga philosophy. It is a workshop-style course, which means you will have time to learn and understand. Each session integrates what you learnt from previous weeks.

 

After completing the course, you will have a deeper the knowledge of yoga, feel more confident in practicing and going to group classes.
